New PS Plus Games for March 2025 Now Available

PlayStation Plus subscribers can now expand their game libraries with three fresh titles, including the recently released Dragon Age: The Veilguard. The March 2025 selection is officially live and accessible to all members, provided they maintain an active subscription to any of the three PS Plus tiers.

A PlayStation Plus membership comes with numerous advantages, such as online multiplayer access, but one of its standout features is the monthly game lineup. The Essential tier grants users three complimentary titles every month, whereas Extra and Premium members gain access to a vast, rotating game catalog. Unlike the broader catalog, which frequently updates with new additions and removals, the monthly games remain in the subscriber’s library indefinitely—so long as the subscription is active—similar to Xbox Game Pass.

With the arrival of the first Tuesday in March, PlayStation Plus members can now download three new games at no extra charge: Dragon Age: The Veilguard (PS5), Sonic Colors: Ultimate (PS4), and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collection (PS4/PS5). February 2025 was already a strong month for PS Plus, featuring hits like High on Life and Payday 3, but fans were particularly surprised when Sony announced that Dragon Age: The Veilguard—a high-profile release from October 2024—would lead this month’s lineup. Subscribers have until Monday, March 31 to claim these games before a fresh batch becomes available.

PS Plus Monthly Games for March 2025

  • Dragon Age: The Veilguard (PS5)
  • Sonic Colors: Ultimate (PS4)
  • Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collection (PS4/PS5)

The required storage space for these titles varies significantly. Those planning to install all three will need over 107 GB of free space. Dragon Age: The Veilguard alone demands 86.93 GB, while Sonic Colors: Ultimate is significantly smaller at 12 GB. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collection varies slightly depending on the version—8.32 GB for PS4 and 8.60 GB for PS5.

Meanwhile, Sony recently delivered disappointing news for PlayStation 4 users. Starting in January 2026, PS Plus will no longer include PS4 games in its monthly lineup or the Extra and Premium game catalogs. While this doesn’t entirely rule out occasional PS4 additions in the future, Sony has clarified that these titles will no longer be a “key benefit.” As a result, players should not expect free PS4 games to be featured as regularly as they are now.
